All communication regarding commissions will be conducted via discord or e-mail.

In case of purchasing a digital file, no physical goods will be shipped.

In case of purchasing a traditional art, the shipping will be covered by the buyer.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I will not resell custom artwork created for you unless explicitly agreed upon.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

Payments can be made via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi.

Payment will be done in USD unless mentioned otherwise.

Payment is required in full before ownership and files are given.

Payment plans can be discussed in case of a large amount.

Full refunds are available if I have not yet started the commission.

Partial refunds may be provided if the commission is canceled during the sketch phase.

No refunds are available once the final artwork is completed and delivered.

You can ask for w.i.p as much as you desire or need.

Any changes are accepted during the sketch phase.

You can ask for minimal modifications while in the rendering phase.

Any significant or large change in the rendering phase will generate extra charges.

I will reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I retain intellectual property rights to all my artworks and can use them as examples in my portfolio or post them on social media

NONE of my works are to be used for NFT / AI.

Please give credit if reposting my works.

AI training datasets or machine learning purposes.

Any form of hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.

Redistribution or resale without proper licensing.

If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, this must be discussed upfront and will incur additional licensing fees.
